Milk Mustache

Jack has never been a fan of milk. I probably nursed him too long! Every now and then he manages to drink a few ounces for me. Well, tonight at dinner he drank a full eight ounces and then some. I think he was just having fun making "the milk mustache." I had to take a few pictures to remember this joyous occasion. And for proof, if the pediatrician ever needs it. I think I have been lying to our pediatrician for 2 and a half years! He eats a ton of yogurt and cheese, I never have been too concerned. Besides, I refuse to drink the stuff, myself.

In case you are wondering...the big ugly green thing on Jack's wrist is from his latest obsession, "Ben 10". His Aunt Jessica brought him this contraption over Thanksgiving. I think the only times he has taken it off was when his dad took it away from him during church and at night, when he puts it under his pillow.

Dress-up

Jack's dress-up skills have rubbed off on to Molly. Her latest fascination is to wear Jack's underwear. However, in these photos she found a pair of mine, and not pretty one's! She is also sporting one Croc and a blue Lowe's hat. All hats that look like Jack's or Daddy's, she insists on wearing it backwards. Again, something she has learned from Jack.

I think she stretched them out enough that I will be able to wear them thru my second and third trimester!

Hard Work

Jack and his friend, Carter worked hard this afternoon. Carter had the great idea of taking this log and putting it in the pond. So, they tried to pick it up and soon realized their muscles were not big enough!
So, they started to roll it. Honestly, I didn't think they had it in them.

Jack and Carter after a lot of hard work!

Molly Wobbles

Molly got to enjoy her Saturday with Mom and Dad. Jack went to play with his cousins and Molly played with me. She was soooo good all day. Amazing how the noise level changes when Jack is not around. Molly got to help rake leaves outside and here are a few pictures of her and her cuteness.

Storybook Forest

A few days before Halloween, Aaron and I took the kids to "Storybook Forest". This was our 3rd year to go and Jack loves it! Storybook Forest is out at Arcadia Lake. We got to roast hot dogs and eat smores and trick-o-treat in the forest. There are stations set up through out the forest and each station is themed from a children's story or nursery rhyme.

Halloween 2009

Molly got to be an adorable Dalmation for Halloween. She even gave me a few "ruf ruf's" and "grrrr.." She had a great time!

"THE DARK SIDE" of our family would be, Jack. He chose to be Darth Vader for Halloween. When he wore his costume to Pre-school last week, he was the only villian in the classroom! All the other little boys were lions, firefighters, or Spongebob. My Jack was the evil one!
