16 months

Luke is 16 months and loads of fun. He loves Jack and Molly and especially loves his mamma! He is starting to talk and tries new words every day. His favorite would have to be "me". He repeats "me" over and over until he gets what he wants. Thank you, bubble, and Jack are also in his vocabulary. Luke loves to drag me by my finger to wherever he needs me to go. His hair is starting to fill in and doesn't look bald all the time. Luke is a happy little boy and loves to cuddle!

Kindergarten

Jack started Kindergarten on the 17th. His teacher is Mrs. McCann and she loves Jack already. Jack doesn't share much about his day. I really have to pester him in order to get information. All he tells me is what he ate for lunch. He said the school makes the "best mac and cheese ever!" We are struggling to get Jack to understand that he has to go to school every day. He would much rather stay at home and hang out with us all morning!! I am so proud of Jack and I pray that he has a great year in Kindergarten.







This is Jack's sweet cousin Sara. Sara is in Jack's class and they were so excited to be together.

The Bad Guys

Molly loves the "bad guys" in every movie that she watches. Not quite sure why she is obsessed with all villains. She brought me this picture today. The villain on the left is the green troll from Harry Potter and the villain on the right is the Minotaur from Percy Jackson and the Lighting Thief. At least they look like nice "bad guys".

Mr. and Mrs. Patrick Crosswhite

Patrick and Katrina Crosswhite were married in June! That's how far behind on posting I am. It was a beautiful ceremony at Tres Suenos Vineyard and the party was AWESOME! The Strope and Newby kids had a absolute blast dancing the night away! Here are a few pictures from that great day! Congratulations Patrick and Katrina Crosswhite!!!

Wedding Season

Molly and Jack were asked to be the flower girl and ring bearer in a dear friend's wedding. Molly loved getting her hair done and Jack enjoyed wearing his tux. Aunt Maggie was also in the wedding which made it even better!

Jack lost his bottom teeth a few weeks ago. Now it's time for the awkward permanent teeth. Yikes!

This was us one year ago today! Now we celebrate Luke's 1st Birthday. Happy Birthday to the cutest, sweetest, and happiest one year old! We love you Lukey.
